"It's simply one of my favorite songs ever written. Bruce Hornsby wrote the music and called up his friend Don Henley to write the lyrics and melody. The story goes that Don was so inspired, he wrote the whole song on his drive home from Bruce's house. I never seem to get tired of it and I love the bittersweet nostalgia it conjures up. I thought it would be nice covered acoustically and I tried to duplicate the piano and sax leads with guitar."
